Janice Cook, 49, of San Bernadino, Calif., died Monday, April 8, 2002, at St. Bernardine Medical Center in San Bernardino, Calif.. 

Graveside Services were held Friday, April 12, at Montecito Memorial Park, Colton, Calif..

She was born Jan. 4, 1953, in Wooster, to Frank and Viola Hasskew.

Surviving are her husband, Carl Cook; a son, Jeremy Carillon of Detroit; two daughters, Shelly Carillon of Colorado and Stephanie Hughes of Augusta, Ga.; a stepson, Carl Sangle of Detroit; two sisters, Carol Plank of Shreve and Diane Taylor of Lakevile and a brother, Top Hasskew of Shreve.
